Security Guard保安員

職務:

• 執行日常之住宅物業安全管理工作，包括巡邏、站崗、監察清潔狀況、執行物業保安措施、記錄設置損毀狀況及處理投訴；
• 遇緊急事件時，能適當處理及通知上司，並儘速匯報事件經過及結果；
• 72小时輪班制，要求週末上班，可靈活接受白班和夜班。

資歷:

• 中五程度或中學文憑以上；
• 三年或以上保安或物管工作經驗；
• 具備獨立屋安保管理經驗者優先；
• 熟練基本電腦操作，能夠使用常見辦公室軟進行日常工作；
• 流利中文或英語；
• 持有效保安人員許可證(SPP)及認可機構之保安人員訓練証書(QAS證書)。

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily residential property security management work, including patrolling buildings, standing guard, monitoring cleaning conditions, implementing property security measures, recording damage to facilities, and handling complaints.
• In the event of an emergency, be able to properly handle and notify superiors, and report the incident and results as quickly as possible.

Requirement:

• Secondary 5 level or secondary school diploma or above.
• More than 3 years of work experience in security or property management.
• Applicants with experience in independent house security management are preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and able to use common office software for daily work.
• Fluent in Chinese or English.
• Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and a Security Personnel Training Certificate (QAS Certificate) from a recognized organization
