We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems continuously to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including building interiors, perimeters, and restricted areas, ensuring physical security protocols are upheld.
• Control access points using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by executing established emergency response procedures.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities with clarity and accuracy.
• Perform background checks on new personnel as part of the onboarding process to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, military service, law enforcement or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surveillance technology, access control systems, and physical security measures.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation (Automated External Defibrillator), Taser use, firearm handling (if applicable), and conflict de-escalation techniques are preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write comprehensive incident reports clearly and accurately.
• Ability to perform background checks and enforce security regulations diligently.
• Skilled in conflict management and conflict de-escalation strategies to handle tense situations effectively.
• Capable of performing patrolling duties efficiently while maintaining high alertness levels throughout shifts.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures for fire safety, medical emergencies, or other crises.
