Key Responsibilities

The Security Guard will ensure effective security and safety arrangements for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, particularly at designated areas.

• He will perform access control, security screening, and monitoring duties while ensuring privacy and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Ensure the security and safety of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor entry and exit points and prevent unauthorized access.
• Maintain vigilance over designated areas and promptly report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Assist in maintaining discipline and orderly movement within assigned areas.
• Respond appropriately to security incidents and coordinate with the security team when required.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude while performing security duties.

Term and Conditions

Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

• 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.

• In the process of pursuing a required degree.

• Medically unfit.

Candidates serving in Govt departments or Armed forces will be required to furnish a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective parent department/organization.

Internal candidates must obtain prior consent from their respective institution/department before applying for the position. Late/incomplete applications will be ignored.
