Security Guard

JOB SUMMARY

The Security Guard ensures the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel activity. This role involves preventing unauthorized access, deterring criminal activity, and responding promptly to emergencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Access Control:

• Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Verify identification and credentials as required.
• Deny access to unauthorized individuals or those without proper clearance.

Patrolling and Monitoring:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems for suspicious activity.
• Report any irregularities or security breaches promptly.

Incident Response:

• Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms or emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches.
• Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.

Safety Enforcement:

• Ensure compliance with company safety and security protocols.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order on the premises.
• Deter illegal actions and inappropriate behavior.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Write reports on property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or any other incidents.

Customer Service:

• Provide directions and assistance to visitors and employees.
• Act as a first point of contact in the event of an inquiry or complaint related to security.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Physically capable of responding to emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14,040.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
