Security Guard

Position: Security Guard
Location: Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: Multispecialty Hospital
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 12 Hours Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of the hospital premises, patients, visitors and staff.
• Monitor hospital entry and exit points and verify visitors when required.
• Manage parking and vehicle movement within the hospital premises.
• Conduct regular rounds and immediately report any suspicious activity or security incident.
• Maintain discipline and assist hospital staff during emergencies.
• Support crowd management, especially in OPD, Emergency and other busy areas.
• Maintain visitor/security registers and follow hospital security protocols.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and management whenever required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good personality, presentable appearance and physically fit.
• Good height and strong physique preferred.
• Alert, disciplined, responsible and polite in behaviour.
• Good communication and basic understanding of security procedures.
• Prior experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup, will be an advantage.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including day/night shifts as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
