What they need
- Patrol and Inspect: Walk or drive around assigned perimeters to check doors, windows, and gates for signs of intrusion or damage.
- Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, verify visitor identification, and issue passes.
- Monitor Surveillance: Watch closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and alarm panels to detect suspicious behavior or equipment malfunctions.
- Respond to Emergencies: Handle disturbances, investigate alarms, administer basic first aid, and contact police or fire departments when necessary.
- Report Writing: Document daily activities, maintenance issues, and security breaches in detailed shift reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and respond quickly during physical incidents.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to de-escalate conflicts and interact politely with visitors and staff.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
