Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly patrol assigned arcas, both on foot and by vehicle, to observe and deter potential threats.
• Monitors security systems, including cameras and alarms, to detect and respond to security breaches.
• Maintains a high level of vigilance and awareness of their surroundings.
• Controls access to premises, verifies identification and ensures only authorized personnel enter.
• Maintains accurate records of visitors and deliveries.
• Responds promptly and effectively to security incidents, such as alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Follows established protocols for handling incidents, including contacting law enforcement or other relevant authorities.
• Maintains detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on incidents and security-related matters.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of security equipment and systems.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the HR and General Services Division Manager

Qualification

• A high school diploma or GED is the standard minimum requirement.
• Most positions require applicants to be at least 18 years old.
• Have a security guard license or certification from a state-approved training center, which typically covers topics like report writing, first aid, and security law.
• Security guards must pass a criminal background check.
• Negative drug testing.
• Physically fit to handle their duties, including patrolling and potentially restraining individuals if needed.
• Security guard training may include topics like crowd control, CPR, use of force, workplace violence, theft prevention, and firearms safety (for armed guards).
• Good communication skills are crucial for interacting with the public and colleagues.

Pay: Php123,456,789.00 per month
