Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the facility and detect suspicious behavior.
• Conduct regular patrols on designated routes to safeguard property and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Enforce loss prevention measures by identifying theft or vandalism attempts and taking appropriate action.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and tact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies.
• Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and experience with loss prevention strategies.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
