Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and professional Security Guard to maintain the safety and security of our employees, customers, guests, facilities, equipment, and company property. The Security Guard will monitor the premises, control access, and respond appropriately to security and safety concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure the company premises, including badminton and pickleball courts, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and other facilities.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, guests, and company property.
• Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, customers, visitors, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report suspicious activities or security concerns.
• Verify visitors and assist in maintaining visitor and vehicle records.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and other security concerns.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
• Monitor the movement of company equipment, merchandise, and other properties when necessary.
• Assist in implementing emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Report damaged facilities, safety hazards, suspicious activities, or other concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Coordinate with Management, Operations, and other personnel regarding security-related matters.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures fairly and professionally.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Valid Security Guard License / License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) is required.
• Previous experience as a Security Guard is preferred.
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of standing and conducting patrols for extended periods.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling incidents or difficult situations.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures and emergency response is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
• Willing to work on-site.

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
