- With relevant experience in security, building, corporate, or BPO environments is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Alert, observant, and capable of responding appropriately to incidents
- Disciplined, reliable, and punctual
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to follow company policies, security protocols, and instructions
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required
- No derogatory record and willing to undergo the company's standard background verification
