About the role
This is a security position responsible for controlling and monitoring entry and exit of workers, visitors and vehicles at a construction site, safeguarding materials and equipment, and maintaining site security.
Key responsibilities
- Control and monitor entry and exit of workers, visitors and vehicles
- Conduct regular patrols around the construction site and perimeter
- Safeguard construction materials, tools, machinery and equipment against theft or loss
- Record visitor details, vehicle movements and security incidents
- Report suspicious activities, unauthorized access and emergencies to site management
- Ensure site gates, storage areas and restricted zones are properly secured
- Comply with company security procedures and site safety requirements
About you
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to perform security patrols
- Responsible, disciplined and alert at all times
- Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions
- Previous security experience is an advantage
