• Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, products, and company property.
• Monitor store entrances and exits and prevent unauthorized access.
• Manage the parking area and ensure the orderly parking of customers’ cars and motorcycles.
• Control vehicle entry and exit and prevent unauthorized parking or obstruction.
• Assist customers with parking directions and maintain safe movement around the store entrance.
• Monitor suspicious activities and help prevent theft, shoplifting, and unauthorized removal of company assets.
• Conduct regular security patrols inside and outside the store, including the parking area.
• Monitor the movement of goods and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Ensure that emergency exits, entrances, and access routes remain clear.
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers, including foreign and premium customers.
• Respond responsibly to emergencies and immediately report security incidents to the concerned supervisor or management.
• Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.
