About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard/Personnel that willing to be part of our team ALERT SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY, INC at 2447 Hen. Belarmino St. Brgy. Bangkal, Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based in different detachment near NCR. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for protecting properties, office executives/staff and assets of our clients by maintaining a secure environment and implementing comprehensive security protocols. This role is fundamental to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone within our facilities and is integral to our commitment to providing secure, well-maintained properties.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas regularly to detect and prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches
• Maintain vigilance at entry and exit points, checking credentials and controlling access to restricted areas
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols and procedures
• Conduct thorough inspections of the premises, including building exteriors, interiors, and surrounding grounds
• Report all security concerns, incidents, and suspicious activities to management in a timely manner
• Can operate security equipment and monitoring systems, including CCTV cameras.
• Maintain detailed security logs and documentation of daily activities and incidents
• Assist with crowd control and ensure the orderly conduct of personnel and visitors
• Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and compose, providing assistance as required

What we're looking for

• Security Personnel with a pleasing personality

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Valid security guard license and relevant certifications as required by local authorities

• Proven experience working as a security guard or in a similar security role

• Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and health and safety regulations

• Excellent observation and communication skills with keen attention to detail

• Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods

• Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

• Reliability and strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with security systems is preferred
