Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, visitors, and property.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points of the hotel.
• Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest areas, parking areas, and public spaces.
• Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities.
• Handle emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and security threats as per hotel procedures.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and maintain security logs.
• Assist guests with directions and basic information when required.
• Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security policies.
• Prepare daily incident and shift reports.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
• Ex-servicemen will be given preference.
• Previous experience in hotel security, industrial security, or related field is an advantage.
• Good physical fitness and alertness.
• Basic communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong discipline, integrity, and professional appearance.
• Food and accommodation benefits as applicable.

Pay: ₹18,000.53 - ₹19,000.72 per month
