SECURITY GUARD

Duties and Responsibilities

• Building Security – Keep the office, warehouse, and company property safe and secure at all times.
• Bag Checking – Conduct proper bag checking for employees and follow company rules and procedures.
• Visitor Monitoring – Check and record visitors, suppliers, and delivery personnel before allowing entry.
• Delivery Monitoring – Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries, stocks, and company items. Report any unauthorized removal of items.
• Proper Turnover – Never leave your assigned post without proper endorsement and an authorized reliever. Make sure all pending concerns are properly communicated.
• Regular Inspection – Check assigned areas regularly and report anything unusual, suspicious, or unsafe.
• Incident Reporting – Immediately report theft, security concerns, violations, and other incidents to management.
• Attendance and Punctuality – Report to work on time and follow your assigned schedule. Inform your supervisor about absences or emergencies as soon as possible.
• Professional Conduct – Be respectful, use proper language and maintain professionalism inside the workplace.
• Follow Company Rules – Follow all security procedures and instructions from authorized management. Perform your duties responsibly and consistently.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
