Security Guard

Buyutna Real Estate is looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced Building Security Guard to ensure the safety, security, and smooth daily operations of our residential buildings in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should be professional, alert, physically fit, and capable of maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and building facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of common areas, entrances, parking spaces, and building facilities.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily security activities.
• Assist residents and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, and emergencies to the Property Management Team.
• Ensure building security procedures and safety regulations are followed.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Coordinate with the property management and maintenance teams when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the assigned security area.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in residential buildings or property management.
• Valid UAE security guard licence or certification, where applicable.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working long shifts.
• Honest, disciplined, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and building security procedures.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
