Job Summary

Auriz Gold Refinery FZE is seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and responsible Security Guard to protect company premises, assets, employees, and visitors. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring access, conducting security patrols, and ensuring compliance with established security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points and ensure that only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises.
• Verify visitor identities, maintain visitor registers, and issue visitor passes as per company procedures.
• Conduct regular security patrols to identify and report suspicious activities or security risks.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual activities or security breaches.
• Safeguard company assets, equipment, gold, precious metals, and other valuable materials.
• Monitor vehicle movements and verify the movement of goods and materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicle movements, incidents, and daily security activities.
• Respond promptly to security alarms, emergencies, and unauthorized access attempts.
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security concerns immediately to the supervisor or management.
• Ensure that all security procedures are followed by employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality while performing security duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in an industrial facility, refinery, jewellery showroom, bullion business, or other high-security environment.
• Basic knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, and security procedures.
• Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid UAE security licence or relevant training, where required by the applicable authority.

Work Location

SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
