Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property.
• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, lobby areas, corridors, parking areas, and other designated locations.
• Control access to the premises and verify visitors when required.
• Conduct regular security patrols and report any suspicious activities.
• Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and guest complaints.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security procedures and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with hotel management and other departments when required.
• Follow emergency procedures, including fire safety and evacuation protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel security or a similar role is preferred.
• Valid SIRA Security Guard certification/license
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, discipline, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit, alert, punctual, and capable of handling emergency situations.
• Knowledge of basic fire safety and first aid is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
