• Patrol the facility and its surroundings to deter and detect unauthorized activity
• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and incidents
• Interact with residents, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide assistance to residents with daily activities, such as escorting them to appointments or activities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and security measures
• Collaborate with the facility's security team to ensure a safe and secure environment
