Security Guard (Day-shift) 保安員(早班)

Working Hours:

07:00 – 19:00 (6 days per week, 12 hours per shift)

Qualification:

• Well-trained and holding a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and QAS Certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in residential building security
• HKCEE or HKDSE Graduate

Duties:

• Responsible for overall security work within the property.

• Conduct daily routine patrols. (patrolling the building, car park, and surrounding areas once every two hours)

• Handle client complaints, enquiries, and emergency situations, and immediately report them to office staff.

• Maintain the hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of property common areas, including front and back staircases, lift lobbies, gardens, and the car park.

Terms and Conditions of employments:

• Commencement Date of Employment: Immediately
• Leaves and Rest Days: One rest day per week in accordance with the Employment Ordinance

Salary:

$21,000/month; After Probation Period Salary: $23,000/month.

資歷:

• 受過良好培訓，並持有效保安員許可證及 QAS 證書
• 有住宅保安工作經驗兩年以上
• 中五程度或中學文憑以上

職責:

• 負責物業範圍內整體保安工作。負責物業範圍內整體保安工作，包括日常巡邏及訪客登記。
• 日常巡邏 (日常每兩小時巡邏大廈、停車場及大廈周邊一次)。
• 處理客戶投訴、查詢及突發事件，並即時通知公司寫字樓同事。
• 確保物業公用地方的衛生整潔，包括前後樓梯、電梯大堂、花園及停車場。

條款及細則:

• 僱傭合約日期: 即時
• 假期: 依照勞工法例每星期休息一天

工資:
$21,000。試用期滿後，工資$23,000 。
