Security Guard – Gate

National Charity Schools is looking for a responsible and professional Security Guard to be stationed at the school gate and ensure the safety and proper control of entry and exit to the school premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the school gate and main entrance.
• Check and control the entry and exit of students, staff, visitors, and vehicles.
• Allow access only to authorized individuals and vehicles.
• Verify visitors and direct them to the appropriate school department when required.
• Maintain a safe and organized flow of people and vehicles at the school entrance.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the school premises.
• Report any suspicious activity, security concerns, or incidents to the school administration.
• Ensure the school gate is properly secured according to school procedures.
• Follow all school safety and security instructions.
• Perform other duties related to gate security as assigned by the school administration.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Guard is preferred.
• Valid UAE security license (SIRA or relevant security license) as applicable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and good conduct.
• Alert, responsible, and attentive to details.
• Ability to deal respectfully and professionally with students, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
