A2A Security is hiring polished and dependable security professionals to safeguard upscale retail boutiques and flagship fashion houses in Manhattan’s Financial District. This role places you at the forefront of New York’s luxury shopping scene, ensuring safety and discretion while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional presence at entrances and on the sales floor.
• Manage access control, verifying staff, vendor, and delivery credentials.
• Monitor and deter theft or disruptive behavior with tact and authority.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for clients and employees.
• Document daily activities and complete incident reports thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Security Guard License (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of security experience, preferably in luxury retail settings.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, approachable demeanor.
• Impeccable professional appearance and reliability.
• Ability to remain attentive and stand for extended periods.
• Punctuality and weekend availability are essential.
