We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and professional Security Guard for a Construction Site Elevator Guard position at an active construction site located at 748 Bathurst Street in Toronto.

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. If you have a background in security and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

The Day-to-Day:

• Maintain a professional visual presence and support the safety of personnel and property.
• Control and monitor access to the construction elevator.
• Assist construction workers with access to designated floors.
• Open elevator doors on specific floors as requested by construction workers or site management.
• Communicate professionally with construction workers, contractors, and site management.
• Follow site safety procedures and instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance when required.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate any incidents or concerns to site management.

Pay Rate: $19.00

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience as a Security Guard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain alert and professional in an active construction environment.
• Comfort working in a construction environment
• Ability to stand inside an elevator for the majority of a 12-hour shift. Please note that there is no chair or seating available inside the elevator.
