Security Head

Key Responsibilities

• Access & Perimeter Control: Enforce strict security protocols for gates, dockside zones, incoming/outgoing transport, and docked fishing vessels.
• Asset & Cargo Integrity: Monitor offloading, sorting, and cold-storage transfers to prevent pilferage and unauthorized handling.
• Guard Force Management: Supervise, train, and deploy in-house and third-party security personnel across shifts.
• Surveillance & Audits: Oversee CCTV networks, conduct security audits, and maintain compliance checklists aligned with ISO standards.
• Incident Response: Lead emergency response, crisis management, and investigations; coordinate with the Philippine Coast Guard and local law enforcement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in security management, with specific background in port, maritime, or heavy industrial security.
• Certifications: Valid Security Professional licenses/certifications (e.g., CSP, SOIII).
• Skills: Strong leadership, crisis response, risk assessment, and working knowledge of maritime security regulations.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
