Security Head – Vedic International School

Location: Sambalpur, Odisha
Salary: No bar – Based on experience and suitability
Experience: Ex-Police / Ex-Army personnel preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise security arrangements across all Vedic International School branches.
• Develop and implement school-wide security and safety procedures.
• Monitor security guards and ensure proper deployment at all branches.
• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks.
• Handle emergency situations, incidents, and security-related concerns.
• Coordinate with local police and authorities when required.
• Ensure proper visitor, student, staff, and vehicle security protocols.
• Conduct regular training and briefing of security staff.
• Maintain security reports and records.

Requirements:

• Ex-Police / Ex-Army personnel preferred.
• Strong leadership and security management skills.
• Good communication and decision-making ability.
• Experience in handling security teams and large premises.
