Security In-Charge

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and responsible Security In-Charge to manage the overall security operations of our amusement park, resort, staff accommodation, and other company premises. The candidate will be responsible for security planning, manpower management, access control, incident prevention, emergency response, and ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the overall security operations across the amusement park, resort, parking areas, staff accommodation, and other premises.
• Lead and monitor Security Supervisors, Security Officers, Security Guards, and other security personnel.
• Prepare security duty rosters, shift schedules, weekly offs, and manpower deployment plans.
• Ensure adequate security coverage at all entry and exit gates, rides, parking areas, restricted zones, and other critical locations.
• Implement and monitor security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and access control systems.
• Monitor CCTV operations and ensure proper surveillance of sensitive and high-traffic areas.
• Conduct regular security inspections, patrols, and surprise checks to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Ensure proper verification and recording of employee, visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry and exit.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, pilferage, misconduct, and damage to company property.
• Handle security incidents, guest disputes, employee misconduct, emergencies, and other sensitive situations.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Operations, Engineering, and other departments on security-related matters.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and crowd management protocols.
• Coordinate with police, fire services, medical teams, and other external agencies whenever required.
• Ensure proper maintenance of security registers, incident reports, gate passes, material movement records, and daily security reports.
• Monitor the grooming, discipline, attendance, punctuality, and performance of security personnel.
• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions on security procedures, emergency handling, guest management, and workplace discipline.
• Investigate security incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to management and immediately escalate critical incidents.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Graduation preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in amusement parks, resorts, hotels, malls, hospitals, or large commercial establishments will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing a large security team and handling multiple shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV surveillance, crowd management, emergency response, and incident investigation.
• Ability to prepare duty rosters, maintain security documentation, and submit management reports.
• Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and capable of handling challenging situations.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
