Join our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations Manager team and help drive security operations excellence by leading SIEM monitoring and threat detection initiatives, managing incident response activities, enhancing security compliance, and ensuring the continuous protection, resilience, and effectiveness of client environments.

🔎 What You’ll Do

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and protocols.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.
• Strong understanding of incident response and threat detection methodologies.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Proficient in analyzing security logs and generating reports for stakeholders.
