• Oversee surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring and alarm systems, to detect and prevent potential threats or breaches.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations to ensure swift resolution.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Manage access control protocols for all facilities, verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, documenting events thoroughly and initiating appropriate action plans.

Experience

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security management roles with a strong understanding of security operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in surveillance systems operation and monitoring techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate security teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with law enforcement agencies, staff, and external partners.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
