Security Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the security site;
• Coordinate with stakeholders (property owners, utilities, and government departments), represent the company in meetings, and relay feedback to improve service quality;
• Support business development by developing value-added services beyond security;
• Oversee contract implementation, ensure renewal/tender recommendations near contract expiry, and comply with procurement/bidding procedures while monitoring company assets;
• Enforce frontline staff attendance and performance evaluations, including at least one monthly night patrol spot check; support deployment of new business operations (personnel, finance, and management setup);
• Monitor service financial status, draft management budgets for approval, and review monthly receivables statements and reports.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder preferably in security management or related disciplines or extensive security experiences gained from sizable security companies or disciplinary services;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience in sizable organizations;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication skills;
• Good analytical skill with solid investigation experience;
• High level of integrity and independence.
