Security Manager

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, managing security of the estate, mitigating risks, conducting investigations, and ensures safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage daily security operations and keep himself updated on security matters.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, and other violations.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and crisis management activities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and security standards of the park.
• Monitor and maintain access control, surveillance, alarm, and other security systems.
• Prepare incident reports and security assessments for management review.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
• Manage security vendor relationships and contract security services.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, government agencies, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Minimum of 5 years of security management experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing security teams.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including after-hours support during emergencies.

Preferred

· Certified Security Management Specialist (CSMS) or Certified Security Professional (CSP)

· Certified Protection Professional (CPP) an advantage

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
