Security Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduated from related fields of universities
• At least 5 years of experience in security management in the retail sector, total of 10 years of experience in security
• Experienced in CCTV systems management and security management
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Knowledge of security and risk management issues
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Analytical thinking and careful
• No travel restrictions
• Fluent in English

Job Description:

• Creating and implementing the security strategies of the stores
• To provide recruitment, training and management of CCTV and store security team
• To work in co-operation with and supervise security-related business partners
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of in-store security systems and procedures
• To respond to security incidents quickly, effectively and fairly
• Preparing and analysing security reports
• Taking precautions against theft, fraud and other security threats
• To prepare and implement emergency plans
• Taking an active role in internal audit processes and writing reports
• Reporting periodically to the global team
• To ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies
• Experienced in Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management
