Security Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective security strategies to protect company assets, employees, and customers.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents, respond to emergencies, and maintain relationships with local authorities.
• Provide training on physical security protocols, crisis management procedures, and incident response techniques.

Job Requirements :

• 4-16 years of experience in army retired or corporate security roles (e.g., airforce).
• Strong understanding of industrial security principles, including access control systems, CCTV monitoring software etc.
• Proven track record in developing comprehensive defense plans against various types of attacks or threats.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
