About the Role:

We are expanding our team and seeking a Security Manager to lead the branch’s security installations and service operations. The Security Manager will ensure that intrusion, access control, surveillance, and related systems are delivered on time, on budget, and to Premiere Security’s quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the security team, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee daily security operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Perform hands-on security work including installation, programming, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage security sales leads and referrals, from initial client contact through proposal and close.
• Coordinate security projects with Project Managers, Service Managers, Sales, Design, and other teams.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed on all security work.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, trade partners, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems installation, service, or management within the low-voltage industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with burglar, access control, and surveillance systems including ELK, DSC, Honeywell, Concord, Networx, Avigilon, and UniFi.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing complex or multi-site projects.
• Strong customer service experience with residential and commercial clients.
• Sales experience, including the ability to manage leads and referrals from initial contact through close.
• Ability to provide leadership, direction, and technical support to management and team members.
• Security, access control, or surveillance certifications preferred but not required.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and acceptable driving record.
