Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee the security and safety operations of Networld Hotel Spa & Casino while providing security oversight and support to other businesses under the Jipang Group of Companies. The position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, company assets, and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day security operations of Networld Hotel Spa & Casino and other JGC businesses as required.
• Lead, supervise, and manage security personnel and ensure proper deployment and coverage.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and other safety concerns.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and prepare appropriate reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with management, local authorities, law enforcement, emergency responders, and other relevant agencies when necessary.
• Oversee the operation and proper use of CCTV, access control, security equipment, and other security systems.
• Ensure proper access control and protection of guests, employees, facilities, and company assets.
• Develop and conduct security briefings, drills, and training programs for security personnel and employees.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in hotel, casino, hospitality, or large commercial establishments is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident investigation, risk assessment, and emergency response.
• Experience managing and deploying security personnel.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis-management skills.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Professional, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential and sensitive matters.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules, and respond to security concerns when operationally required.
