Security Manager

SECURITY MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in order to maintain a safe and secure mall environment.
• Recruit, supervise, and conduct training for security officers and guards.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events and when responding to emergencies and alarms.
• Review reports about incidents, accidents, and other related information and investigate to resolve issues.
• Generate reports and update management on the security status.
• Confers with a representative of the local government to ensure cooperation and coordination of activities with law enforcement agencies.
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• With an experience as a security manager or similar position
• Further education and knowledge in security administration or similar fields is an advantage
• Has experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning, security protocols, and procedures.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Committed and reliable
