Security Manager

Department: Security / Operations Reports To: Security Manager / Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Monitoring: Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and property.

2. Access Control: Ensure proper entry and exit procedures for employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.

3. Security Personnel Management: Supervise security guards, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and ensure proper deployment.

4. Patrolling: Conduct regular security rounds to identify and prevent security risks.

5. Incident Reporting: Report theft, unauthorized access, suspicious activities, safety issues, and other incidents to the concerned manager immediately.

6. Visitor Management: Maintain visitor registers and ensure visitors follow the required security procedures.

7. Emergency Response: Coordinate during emergencies, fire incidents, medical situations, and evacuation procedures.

8. CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.

9. Discipline and Compliance: Ensure security staff follow company policies, site procedures, grooming standards, and professional conduct.

10. Record Maintenance: Maintain security registers, shift handover reports, incident reports, vehicle records, and other required documentation.

11. Client Coordination: Coordinate with the Facility Manager, Operations Manager, client representatives, and other stakeholders regarding security-related matters.

12. Training and Briefing: Conduct regular briefings for security personnel on duty responsibilities, emergency procedures, and security protocols.

13. Equipment Monitoring: Ensure security equipment, access control systems, CCTV cameras, and communication devices are functioning properly.

14. Statutory Compliance: Ensure security operations comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and site-specific security procedures.

15. Daily Reporting: Submit daily security reports, highlight operational issues, and follow up on pending security concerns.

• Security incidents and unauthorized access control.

Expected Skills: Leadership, communication, observation, incident management, team supervision, problem-solving, and emergency handling.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
