Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee security operations at Sports Society Mall, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mall security, team management, and ensuring the safety of visitors, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily security operations across the mall.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control, and incident reporting.
- Handle emergencies, crowd management, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with mall management, tenants, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for visitors, employees, and tenants.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Proven experience in security operations and team supervision.
- Knowledge of emergency response, crowd control, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
