Security Manager

For HR Search , a leading recruitment agency specializing in executives and professionals for the finance, hospitality, tourism, and leisure industries, we are recruiting a Security Manager for one of our clients—a luxury hotel in the Dead Sea area:

• Dual Role: A combination of both managerial and hands-on operational responsibilities.
• Team Leadership: Managing and leading the hotel's security department staff.
• Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security system.
• External Relations: Liaising with law enforcement and emergency authorities.
• Crisis Management: Handling extreme situations and exceptional incidents.
• Accommodation: The hotel provides assistance with housing.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Deputy Security Manager (סגן קבט"ר) or higher – Mandatory!
• Industry Background: Prior experience in the hospitality/hotel industry – An advantage.
• Languages: Hebrew and English. Additional languages – An advantage.
• Soft Skills: High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional Presence: Professional demeanor, representative qualities, and strong management capabilities.
