Security Manager (Data Center)

At DAMAC Digital, we are looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead physical security operations our data center facilities in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a critical leadership role responsible for safeguarding people, assets, customers, and mission-critical infrastructure while ensuring the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of physical security operations within the data center environment.
• Oversee security systems including CCTV, access control, visitor management, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection.
• Manage security personnel and third-party security service providers, ensuring high performance and service quality.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Ensure secure management of customer access, visitor controls, restricted areas, and after-hours operations.
• Investigate security incidents, coordinate response activities, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and local authorities to maintain a secure operating environment.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices.
• Manage security budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Drive a strong security culture across site operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Security Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in physical security operations within data centers, critical facilities, industrial sites, airports, utilities, or other high-security environments.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control systems, visitor management platforms, and incident management processes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience managing security incidents, investigations, and emergency response activities.
• Good understanding of security compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant security certifications will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai.
