Security Manager – Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise multiple security sites across Dubai.
• Lead, motivate, and manage security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and client updates.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, scheduling, and site inspections.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and company policies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Security Manager License (mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Proven experience in security operations and team management.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
