SECURITY MANAGER

(Ref.: SM-JB-0821)

Duties:

• Lead the Operations Officers and Schedulers to achieve the operational management objectives of the division;
• Deliver high quality of services to customers and handling complaints;
• Deliver effective security solutions to satisfy customer needs;
• Monitor the manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner;
• Manage front-line staff in his or her division and be responsible for all staff related matters;
• Proactively deploy staff retention strategies to the division
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures;

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Security / Disciplinary Force ; with at least 2 year in people management experience
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate, first aid certificate is an advantage
• Matriculated or above with background in disciplinary work force is preferred
• Customer-oriented and with good communication and organization skills;
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Security Officer.
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Location: Double Cove, Ma On Shan

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
