We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced mainteannce worker to join our Happy Days family. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure the apartments are secure, and that any customer issues are dealt with, this will include hourly floor walks.
• Carry out camera surveillance to ensure safety for our guests/premises.
• Respond to any emergencies and escalate any anti-social behaviour causing a nuisance to local residents to the on call Security team.
• Complete any administrative tasks that have been set by management.
• Able to deal with customers in both a friendly and authoritative manner.
• Monitor and ensure only guests that are booked are allowed access to the premises/apartments.
• To be customer service orientated at all times and to highlight any disrepair and/or Maintenance issues whilst on site.
• Handover to the morning team any issues.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work alone throughout the night
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to use your initiative and to follow written/verbal instructions
• Knowledge of general health & safety procedures
