Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Mobile Operations in Morgan Hill, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Armed Patrol Officer at an innovative aviation-focused location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report access concerns or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
