Security Officer (Business Complex)

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable, professional, and observant Security Officers to join our team at a premier Business Complex in Hamilton Township, NJ. In this role, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and staff through access control, foot patrols, and mobile patrols using a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises, control access points, and verify identification of visitors, vendors, and staff.
• Conduct foot patrols and mobile security patrols around the complex using a company vehicle.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Maintain daily activity logs and complete accurate incident reports.
• Enforce property rules and post orders with a customer-service-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Active NJ SORA License (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required for company vehicle operation).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a motor vehicle during assigned shifts.

Shift Options:

• Full-Time: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Part-Time: Monday – Friday (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
• On call
