Security Officer

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably specialized in Security/Armed Forces/Protective or equivalent.
• Willing to work shift (Day Night rotate) for 12 hours per day

Job Descriptions :

• Supervise all security personnel including outsource security guards and educating them of various procedures and systems approved
• Ensure the discipline, sincerity, integrity and responsibility of all guards are carried out at all times.
• Assigning works and delegating responsibilities for security guard, communicating the necessary instruction for safeguarding of the premises or the work areas.
• Perform regular patrolling to avoid unauthorized access inside the company premises or area and patrolling the grounds of the facility, checking the doors to make sure that the premises is properly secure
• Conduct investigations and / or reports hazards, unusual or suspicious circumstances.
• As emergency response personnel, response of any emergency, potentially dangerous, or unusual situations, decides what actions to take based on situation, facts known and position limitation.
• As warden for the worker hostel and handling any worker hostel related issues.
