Security Officer

Security Officer Position Summary San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital (SGMH) is seeking professional, service-oriented Security Officers to help provide a safe and secure environment for our patients, visitors, providers, and associates. As a Security Officer, you will help protect the people, property, and operations of San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital. You will patrol hospital buildings and grounds, respond to emergencies, monitor security systems, investigate incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe environment for everyone who enters our campus.

What You'll Do

• Patrol hospital buildings, parking lots, and grounds.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency security incidents.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems.
• Assist patients, visitors, providers, and staff with safety and security concerns.
• Work collaboratively with law enforcement, fire personnel, EMS, and other emergency responders.
• Conduct investigations and interviews.
• Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Promote a welcoming, safe, and professional environment through visible security presence and proactive engagement.
