Key responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the activities of all Peace & Concierge Staff
- Ensure that all Peace & Concierge Staff provides services that are above and beyond for guests satisfaction and retention
- Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotel safety standards and any untoward incidents
- Monitor suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around the hotel public or guest areas
- Ensure compliance with all security standards and preventative measures
- Conduct investigations, check CCTV, records, and compile reports in a timely manner for any theft, loss, accident or any aspect that risks the safety of the hotel
- Oversee and guide the efforts of the Fire and Safety Committee
- Oversee first aid program for guests and employees
- Handle guest complaints, settle disputes, conflicts, or negotiate with guests and employees
- Perform all relevant and essential duties as requested by Management
