Schedule: Saturday & Sunday from 10pm to 6am
Shift: Overnight shift

Pay rate: $19 Hourly

Description:

As a Signal of New England Security Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. We are currently seeking a reliable and observant Security Officer to join our team. This role primarily involves outdoor foot patrol duties, including monitoring parking lot activity, deterring unauthorized entry to the building during off-hours, and overseeing contractor access to the property. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift

  • Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns

  • Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner

  • Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents

  • Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents

  • Respond ly to emergencies or alarms

  • Ensure all building access points are secure
    Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus

  • Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly

  • Strong observational and communication skills

  • Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionally

  • Experience in residential security is a plus, but not required
