What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking proactive & professional Security Officers for the premier retail site, Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre. We will accept applications for Part-time roles.

Previous retail security experience is preferred for this position.

About the role

Essential to the role:

• To apply for this position, applicants must hold a current NSW Security License and current First Aid Certificate.
• You must be able to provide evidence of holding (at minimum) a Certificate II in Security Operations.
• Provide a recent police history check - less than one month old (or be prepared to apply for one prior to commencement)
• Applicants must have Australian work rights including citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa holders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service at the highest standard
• Liaising with various stakeholders
• Patrolling
• Incident & Hazard Reporting (through use of Computer based Systems & Verbal Communication)
• Assisting in Security related Incidents
• Provision of First Aid
• Participate in all Required training & Inductions Sessions
