Security Officer

• Monitoring customer behavior and identifying suspicious activity.
• Conducting bag checks when necessary.
• Responding to theft incidents and detaining suspects until law enforcement arrives.
• Implementing loss prevention strategies, such as employee awareness programs and surveillance monitoring
• Guiding shoppers to exits or specific store sections.
• Helping during emergencies, such as medical incidents or evacuations.
• Providing reassurance and support in case of disturbances or conflicts
• Responding promptly to alarms and emergencies.
• Coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Implementing evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security threats.
• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Ensure that only authorized employees and customers enter restricted areas.
• Lock and unlock doors as per store policies.

Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
